Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. After closure, transaction records are held for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then permanently deleted from our systems.

We share data only with processors directly needed to run your account — payment gateways, identity verification partners and our hosting provider. Each partner is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits their use of your information.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and country of residence during registration. Once active, your account also records transaction history linked to your chosen payment method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — and device or session data generated during each visit.

Your UPI ID and Paytm or PhonePe credentials are processed by our payment partners under PCI-DSS standards. We retain only a masked transaction reference on our side — the actual credentials are never stored on 2qqqq servers.

Yes. Submit a data-access request via email, live chat or the Help form inside your account. We will compile a full export of your personal data and send it to your registered email address within seven working days.

Contact the privacy team through any support channel and submit a deletion request. After verifying your identity, we will remove your personal data from active systems. Certain transaction records may be retained for the period mandated by applicable Indian financial regulations before final deletion.

We share data only with partners essential to running your account — payment processors for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, identity verification services and our hosting provider. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes outside of those operational relationships.

After account closure, we retain transaction and identity records for the period required under applicable Indian data and financial regulations. Once that period ends, records are permanently deleted. We do not hold your data beyond what compliance requires.
